Dr. Nadezhda Povroznik, has assumed the role of Communication Officer at The Alliance of Digital Humanities Organizations (ADHO)

HDSM is delighted to announce that our colleague, Dr. Nadezhda Povroznik, has assumed the role of Communication Officer at The Alliance of Digital Humanities Organizations (ADHO). In this position, Dr Povroznik will be instrumental in overseeing the development and enhancing the effectiveness of ADHO’s public presence.

For our colleagues and enthusiasts in the field of digital humanities, we are excited to announce that on December 7th, we will be organizing a workshop to share knowledge on digitizing documents directly from within a library or an archive using a smartphone and a ScanTent.

HDSM is co-organising a conference on the history of Digital Humanities.

This winter semester 23/24, a lecture series will be held on the history of „tropical architecture“. The Lecture series will start on 9th November (6 p.m.).
